The Mizell Center is pleased to offer several types of meeting spaces to businesses, home owners associations and other groups at reasonable rates. We can accommodate great of 5 to 150 and provide a variety of set up options to meet the needs of your organization. When you rent space from Mizell, you not only have a great location with plenty of parking, but your rent helps Mizell to provide services and programs.
The Board Room – Our Board Room is perfect for that small, but important meeting. Seating 8 to 10 people this room provides a large conference table, comfortable chairs, a large window overlooking Ramon Road, a white board and conference call capabilities. This space cannot be reconfigured.
The Behrend Computer Learning Center – With space for 24 people in a lecture set up, the computer center offers a wall-mounted television and whiteboard. Counters at the back of the room offer space for refreshments or distribution of materials.
The Community Room – This room has two entrances and can accommodate up to 40 people. It is the perfect size for small classes, lectures and meetings. The room features a wall of mirrors, a television for presentations and a small whiteboard.
The Desert Oasis Healthcare Room – This multipurpose room is a large open space adjacent to restrooms and our kitchen. The space can accommodate up to 120 guests for a reception or party.
The Noia Auditorium – Our most flexible space is our auditorium complete with stage and dancefloor. This space can hold up to 150 guests in a dinner setting. The space can also be divided into three rooms that can hold 45 people each. The subdivided spaced can be used in tandem to create a space for 90.
