Mizell Nutrition Program
“To Go” Lunch
Café 480 is now preparing meals “to go” available on a first-come, first-serve basis. The boxed lunch is delivered to your vehicle Monday thru Friday from 11:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. To participate, enter the parking lot from Ramon Road and follow the orange cones or direction of staff.

Click here for the April menu. We ask for a $5 contribution per meal or $3 for those on our congregate meal program. Our Nutrition staff will conduct a quick in-take for new clients in our congregate meal program.

Unlike before, you do not need to be a current client of DAP's health center to access this service. Takes most insurance.

Fitness online

At  you can find Dr. Diane Ross, Mizell’s AM Fit After Fifty instructor ready to instruct and encourage you to keep up with her blend of gentle, yet tough, cardio moves. Want to try chair yoga? You can do that at FlexTogether, too. Actually, you and a friend can both see the instructor’s video and one another.  Accessing the video call is easy! Exercise designed for the needs of seniors.  21st C. seniors, that is.


Legal Assistance
Inland Counties Legal Services (ICLS)

Provides FREE legal services to low-income and elderly residents, as well as people with disabilities. The areas of practice are: Bankruptcy and Tax, Consumer, Education, Family, Health, Housing, Immigration, Impact/Systemic, and Public Benefits.

If qualified, clients receive counsel and advice, document preparation, or direct legal representation at no cost. If clients do not have adequate resources to receive our services (no phone or computer) we will try to accommodate their needs to the furthest extent possible, with regard to their safety as well as our employee's.
