This free one-hour consultation with David Petrinovich, a trained volunteer from Riverside County Office on Aging Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy program(HICAP) assists Medicare beneficiaries, their families, friends, and caregivers to understand their Medicare benefits and best healthcare options.
