An event every week that begins at 1:00pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, repeating until July 31, 2019

Chair Yoga helps you improve your health and fitness doing yoga while sitting on a chair. Yoga relaxes your body and mind, builds up your musculoskeletal fitness and flexibility, and improves your balance. Elevate your health and well-being with these one-hour sessions. Join our professional instructors – Tom Switzer, Chris Gallager, and Deb Sullivan as they bring this adaptive fitness and exercise program to those who could not benefit from traditional physical activities due to age, limiting physical/mental conditions, or one’s environment/location.

Fee per class: $5 for members / $10 for non-members
