Fit After 50 – PM

Calling all seniors…come and join the Fit After 50 crowd! This long-standing and gentle exercise class will help build bone mass, fight osteoporosis, improve balance, improve flexibility, and restore muscle mass. Our well-trained instructors, Marc Eiseman and Stephen Matthews will guide you through your exhilarating one-hour work-out!

Fee per class: $3 suggested donation – paid to the instructor
