Mindfulness Meditation

Dr. Leo Lee, OTD, MS, OTR/L – A Weekly Mindfulness Meditation Group: Stabilize Mind and Soften Heart. This on-going group intends to create a supportive community by joining together to practice mindfulness meditation to meet our common humanity and humility. Group members will accompany each other to foster tender heart and kindness to selves and others. Participants will also practice stillness and mindfulness in the meditation and in the daily living. Each session will include a 5-minute talk, a 25-minute sitting meditation (without guided or limited guided), a 10-minute walking meditation, and a 10-minute discussion. The spirit of the group is all about showing up as a community to practice and to share collective energy and merit. Sessions are suitable for both beginners and those who have regular meditation practice. Class Fee: Please make an in-kind donation to the Center of $5
