An event every week that begins at 9:15am on Thursday, repeating indefinitely

Lynn Simonson is an internationally respected educator of jazz dance and a certified senior fitness instructor. In 2003, she developed her seated wellness course which blends yoga, breath work, strength building, and most importantly, brain charging exercises. She will be on hiatus after June 13 class and will return in September. Fee per class: $5 for members / $7 for non–members - paid to the instructor
