Write a Micro- Memoir
March 13, 9:30 am - 11:30 am
Have you ever thought of writing your life story? Tell of all of your adventures and misadventures? How you walked through the ten feet of snow to get to school every winter? Of course, we know winters were much more severe then – longer, snowier and more frigid. Let’s get it down on paper for our families, and ourselves.
But the thought is intimidating. After all, this is the senior center, and we have a lot of history to relate. But how about just writing a MICRO-MEMOIR. Not pages and pages, no WAR AND PIECE, but short or long, your thoughts on different life events. Random thoughts, poems, quotes, stories, pictures maybe.
Consider taking this MICRO-MEMOIR class to get you started.
This class meets once a month in the Community Room from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Fridays:
October 18, November 15, December 13, January 17, February 14 and March 13
$30.00 for members, $40.00 for non-members, $6 for drop ins
