Photographer Meryl Meisler presents a visual journey through the pandemonium and paradise of New York City, beginning in the 1970’s and continuing into the early 1990’s. Meisler captures a tumultuous time in NYC history: arson, crime, sexual abandon, crack, disco, and AIDS. The renowned artist will be in conversation with curator Edwin Ramoran and the evening will include a visual presentation of her amazing body of work.
