This fun dance-based cardio exercise is also gentle on the joints. Barbara Mooradian is a certified Zumba instructor and has been teaching at Mizell for more than 11 years. She'll get you moving and grooving to keep you healthy and fit.

All visual artists are welcome to bring their work and share the communal workspace with other artists who work in pastels, water color, oil paint, and other media. Open Art Studio is not an instructional class, but many of the artists who attend are willing to help one another get it "right".
