This 4-week course explores the dynamic interplay of sexuality, intimacy, and aging. Rooted in David Schnarch’s transformative Passionate Marriage, the pioneering work of John Bradshaw on overcoming shame, and Rebecca Chalker’s The Clitoral Truth, the course delves into the psychological, physiological, and relational aspects of aging and intimacy. Participants will gain practical tools to navigate physical changes, rekindle passion, and deepen emotional connection in later life. The course is inclusive, welcoming people of all sexual orientations and backgrounds, and emphasizes the lifelong potential for growth and connection.
