Pop-Up Library at Mizell

Bringing library services to you! Library staff will be on site to answer questions, assist you with signing up for a library card, accepting your returns, along with a small selection of items you can check out.
Genealogy Lectures – Resumes in September 2026
On the first Saturday of every month, the Palm Springs Genealogical Society will present a guest speaker and topic from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Discover best practices, hear from experts, and enjoy opportunities to “show and tell” your own research. Speakers and topics will be announced soon.
Chinese Mah Jong Open Play – Resumes in September 2026
Join us every Wednesday, 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., for the Library’s Chinese Mah Jong Open Play at Mizell. Practice your skills, learn from fellow players, and have fun. A few Chinese Mah Jong sets will be available, or bring your own.

Do I need to register?
Unless noted otherwise, registration is not required. Arrive a few minutes early to grab a great seat.

The Library has relocated during their renovation to Rimrock Shopping Center, 4721 East Palm Canyon Drive, Suite A in South Palm Springs. You can reach them at 760-322-READ.
