We’re kicking off the morning with a special Safe Walk for Seniors from 8:00 to 8:45 a.m. Led by Safe Routes for All, this engaging session focuses on smart, confident walking practices and includes the exciting launch of Mizell’s Women’s Walking Group.
After the walk, stay and enjoy a continental breakfast with coffee, pastries, and juice as we connect and ease into the day.
Our Open House features a full day dedicated to movement, wellness, and community. Explore a variety of programs, including:

A fun, camp-inspired experience designed for older adults featuring a mix of fitness, creative workshops, games, and social activities. Learn new skills, stay active and connect with others. Enjoy breakfast and lunch with your fellow campers.

Pilates teaches functional movements to strengthen your core and improve your posture. Typically performed on a floor mat or with the use of specialized apparatus. Improve flexibility and stability by strengthening the muscles and especially the torso-stabilizing muscles of the abdomen and lower back. Slow, controlled movements.
